I would definitely recommend going to Sam for your dreads..... Had prior experience in other places but caused my scalp lots of stress and itch and pain..... But when Sam did my dreads. He was very gentle and did not tug on my hair and after the installation it felt very natural. And the service is professional. Their products are very organic and i love it....you will too. Will definitely follow up with Sam for my maintenance. Finally i found the right place for my dreadlock journey ..... he is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions.

Sam is very friendly and knowledgeable about dreadlocks. I contacted him to get my long hair dreaded and he advised me on the cost and time needed to get a full head done. I decided on first getting a partial dread on the bottom half which took him 3 hours to put in about 14 locks. I thought that was pretty quick. He also gave me some tips for balancing my scalp ph levels as I have a dry scalp. And introduced some products to help with my newly dreaded locks. I chose the Danish brand Raw Roots which was surprisingly rather affordable, a hemp bar shampoo, and aloe vera gel to help my dreads along. Would definitely come back to complete the rest of my hair. Sam really knows what he's doing. I mean, not just with giving you the actual dreads but also giving great advice and information. Dreads are something you're gonna have for quite awhile. It's like a tattoo almost, and to have the knowledge that Sam gives, for you to think through and make sure this is what you really want is priceless. I'm gonna be rocking my dreads for a long time. It's not just a hairstyle, it's a character.

Did my dreads installation with Sam, Sam's a very nice guy, have a very nice home and the whole experience through his service was wonderful. I've also learned alot of things about dreadlocks.

Sam is very professional and super friendly. I observed that it was not easy for him to stand there for hours and knotting my long hair but he did it patiently. And the end result was perfect. A natural dreadlocks that I always wanted. He also gave me alot of tips on how to maintain the knots. Cant wait to go back and visit him for a touch up. Thank you.

Sam is really professional and knowledgeable about dreadlocks and provided many tips aon how to maintain the dreadlocks. He is also very accomodating to all my personal ideas on how I want my dreadlocks to looks (including colour, thickness, design), while still advising when needed based on his experience.

The studio is also comfortable and clean. Amazing and beautiful beads on display, which is available for purchase if interested. They also carry a wide variety of dreadlock supplies like shampoo or gels.

Been back there 3 times already and will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended to anyone looking to get dreadlocks to look for the knotted sloth!

It was my first time ever adopting the dread lock hairstyle and i cant be more then happy to share my pleasant experience i had with sam. Not only he knows his stuff but patiently takes his time to give the best outcome anyone can have for adopting the dread hairstyle. I did not feel any pain or was feeling uncomfortable when the dreads were done. It was done in 3 hour plus but it was not a bore just to sit session on the chair n get the dreads done. In fact sam was friendly n was sharing his life experiences n so did i which made the experience a more relaxed one. Anyone who wish to adopt this hair style, its a no brainer they should go to sam to get their dreads done.

Having always wanted dreadlocks, I've tried searching for a salon in Singapore that does it but to no avail, so I gave up looking. After a long while, as stated above, I thought yeah, why not. Gave it try.

Very prompt replies, it is really fuss free. I knew I wanted 1 dreadlock, Sam suggested 4, but didn't push it. 4 weeks later, I came back and added the other 3.

Before the installation, he would have a consultation session going through the ins and outs of having dreads. Information that is essential for maintaining and keeping good dreads.

I had initially wanted to do a crown of dreads, Sam advised on how it would look and the various options I had and was upfront with regards to the hours and costs that it entails. I've done a partial diagonal locks and am really pleased with it. Looking forward to further works with my bruh.

It's my third time getting dreads done and this time a friend of mine recommended Sam and to be honest I had spoken to two other dreadlock service providers before heading down to meet Sam for the free consultation, and the way he emphasised dreadlock cleaning and maintenance convinced me and I immediately booked my appointments with him. The studio has a calm natural environment that won't make you bored during those long sessions. Sam makes sure you understands every important information about maintaining your dreads and follows up with you promptly. I don't think there's any studio in Singapore that provides such professional quality dreadlock services. Highly recommended.
